We want our Kingdom Kritters to learn 3 basic truths while they are in our ministry: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. We teach these truths through a variety of age-appropriate songs, fingerplays, Bible stories, crafts, and other activities that reinforce the main lesson. Here is what we focus on with each age group. As your child grows, ask about these things...you might be surprised by the answers you get!
Love Bugs (Sleepers, children who are not mobile): God made me, God loves me, my teachers love me.
Wiggle Worms (Creepers, mobile but not walking): God made me, God loves me, my teachers love me, & the Bible is true.
Grasshoppers (Steady Steppers-walking with confidence): God made me, God loves me, my teachers love me, & the Bible is true. The same God that made me made the whole world. God gave me His son, Jesus, because He loves me. Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
Busy Bees (1 & 2 yrs.), Dragonflies (2 & 3 yrs.) & Lightning Bugs (3-5 yrs., not in Kindergarten): God made me, God loves me, my teachers love me, & the Bible is true. The same God that made me made the whole world. God gave me His son, Jesus, because He loves me. Jesus died to forgive me for the bad things I do and He wants to be my friend forever.

Children in the Love Bugs, Wiggle Worms, & Grasshoppers will sing songs, do fingerplays, & play with toys that teach and reinforce to them that God made them, God loves them, & Jesus wants to be their friend forever.
Children in the Busy Bees, Dragonflies, & Lightning Bugs will learn God made them, God loves them, & Jesus wants to be their friend forever through weekly Bible stories, worship, crafts, and even through play time & snack.
They will learn in July that God Loves Them & wants them to do the right thing through these stories: Joseph Does What is Right, Joseph Forgives His Brothers, Daniel's Diet, & Daniel & the Lions.
...on Tuesday mornings
Children will learn that God made them, God loves them, & Jesus wants to be their friend forever from a fun curriculum called Playful Songs & Bible Stories.
...on Wednesday evenings
The Adventure Land curriculum will reinforce to children that God made them, God loves them, & Jesus wants to be their friend forever.
